On behalf of the Executive Committee of the UK Society for Behavioural Medicine, it is my pleasure to ask you to consider and respond to this call for nominations for the following two posts on the Executive Committee:
- Membership Secretary (Maternity cover)
Tasks include: Overseeing membership applications and renewals; Maintaining membership database; Using database to update the Executive Committee on members as needed.
The current Membership Secretary is Dr Anne Martin (Anne.Martin@glasgow.ac.uk). She will be going on maternity leave from the 31st of May. Anne would be very happy to answer any informal questions about the post. - Treasurer (full post)
Tasks include: Advises the Executive Committee about the financial state of the Society; Processes payments of ISBM fees and other outgoings; Oversees cash flow and expenditure of Scientific Committee; Liaises with conference organising company (KC Jones) about finances;
