UKSBM has set up a new mentoring scheme to promote professional development for members. The scheme is a tiered system where early- and mid-career researchers are mentored by colleagues who are senior to them, i.e. a mid-career researcher or professor. The mentoring programme is unique to UKSBM and tailored to the needs of our members. We are sure it will be an added benefit to UKSBM membership as all parties can benefit from participating in the scheme.
